Welcome to Penheartspaper. All artwork on this site is created and owned by Penheartspaper. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide by these.

PRIVACY

Any personal details that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Penheartspaper.

SECURITY

Penheartspaper does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our store.

PRICING

All pricing is in AUD. Penheartspaper reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards, COA, and direct deposit. For these options you will need to email [email protected] to proceed. Orders will be arranged/dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

- Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. For urgent delivery please contact [email protected]

- Orders are shipped via Australia Post. We ship all items using standard postage. We can provide tracking numbers upon request.

- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However we will give you all the necessary information to make your claim.

- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order has been dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the applicable postage rate to resend.

INTERNATIONAL

- Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of placement.

- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.

- Orders are generally received within 10-14 days, although certain destinations may take longer. And some items can get held up in customs for longer, and unknown reasons.

- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. However we will give you all the necessary information to make your claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Penheartspaper would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note ex. shipping costs.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

- The item is unused and in brand new condition.

- A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.

- The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

- Please contact [email protected] before returning your item.
